I have been photographing since I was 15 years old. That makes it almost 25 years. My parents gave me my first camera when I was young and I have never seen things the same since. I owe most of my success in my professional career to my mother and father, Jim and Nita Kincaid.

I have photographed a variety of images during my life which include parties, scenics, photojournalism, concerts, portrait/candids and sports. The one thing that I have found is that whatever I might be shooting, I always feel a sense of calm behind the camera.

At the age of 28 I was lucky enough to land a job at the local weekly paper. I worked at the Sierra Madre News and Mid Valley Weekly for a year. Here I was exposed to the world of photojournalism. I had fun shooting local government officials, spot news events and high school sports. I then jumped to the "rival" weekly and continued on with much of the same coverage for several more years. In 2000 I got a job working for Allsport Photography. Allsport was a sports agency that was bought by Getty Images. I began to meet some of the best photographers in the world. I consider myself lucky to call some of these photographers my colleagues as well as my friends. I began to shoot sporting events and concerts on occasion for Getty. Some of my coverage includes MLB, college football and NBA. I have been published numerous times on cnnsi.com, espn.com, nba.com. Some of my other credits include ESPN the Magazine, the cover of the Ultimate College Football Annual, USC Report, We Are SC, Alaska Airlines, San Gabriel Valley Tribune, the Los Angeles Times and Fox Sports West "Beyond the Glory". I continue to shoot whatever makes me feel good and happy.

In 1998 I married my wife Tracy which completed me. We live happily with our 2 children Whitney, 16 and Eric, 5 in Sierra Madre, California.
